### A Note from Walda:

As your community facilitator, licensed acupuncturist & wellness strategist, I'm excited to finally meet each of you! I'll be sharing a bit about my background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and holistic wellness, and how I support women in creating sustainable, integrated wellness practices that honor both body and spirit. This is also a beautiful opportunity for us to explore how we might work together more closely as you continue your wellness journey.
