SUMMARY
Why do companies want to become agile? According to the 16th annual State of Agile Report (by Digital.ai), the top 3 reasons were: accelerate time to market, better delivery predictability and lowering risk.
One of the key factors for achieving those is managing the flow across your processes, projects and value streams. While we can all agree that flow is king, going fast in many different directions and missing alignment across your organization definitely will not get you the business goals you are after.
Our tried and tested experience with OKRAs (objectives, key results & actions) has proven to propel organizations and set them up for real success. We have seen this work in organizations of all sizes, and we have experienced it first hand here at Kanbanize. This presentation will not be set on theory but instead tell the story of our lived experience, alongside the experiences of the companies we've worked with for years and their tremendous successes.
Karolina Dacheva
Karolina, Head of Partnerships at Kanbanize, has gained valuable experience in the application of Lean and Kanban inside Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies from industries including Pharma, Aerospace, Fintech, Construction and more! She has led improvement initiatives inside companies such as Rolls-Royce and Lufthansa Technik. During her time with Kanbanize, she has supported the development of the partner network, which currently exceeds 350 professionals from the Lean and Agile space.
