Join us for a 90-minute experiential workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and explore embodied tools for staying grounded in difficult times.
Together, we'll explore simple yet powerful practices to invite calm, clarity, and connection- including nervous system education, intuitive movement, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and shared reflection.
This workshop includes:
• Insights into your nervous system
• Accessible and intentional body movements
• Breathwork and "White Lights" meditation
• Sound healing and aromatherapy
Come as you are- in comfy clothing, a mat or towel is optional.
