What happens when inherited answers stop working?

This gathering is for people recovering from, questioning, or rebuilding after Christianity—as well as open skeptics, the spiritually uncertain, and anyone searching for something more without surrendering to dogma.

For many of us, Christianity left behind confusion, difficult questions, emotional wounds, or even trauma. You may be carrying anger, grief, loneliness, fear, or an insatiable hunger to understand what lies beyond what you were taught.

Others may find themselves opening to new possibilities only to pull back from the rigid certainty, mystical claims, and occasional woo found in spiritual communities.

This gathering is for all of you.

We’ll talk openly about belief, unbelief, church hurt, spiritual curiosity, emotional healing, inner experience, and living well without pretending to possess answers we do not have.

This is not a church service, conversion attempt, anti-Christian rally, or debate over whose worldview is correct. You will not be pressured to believe—or disbelieve—anything. This is a place to speak freely about our experiences, form new connections, and move forward from what has hurt or constrained us without losing our capacity for curiosity, wonder, and joy.

You might belong here if:

  • You are recovering from or reconsidering Christianity.
  • You miss community but not religious dogma.
  • You left your faith but remain spiritually curious.
  • You are skeptical of both organized religion and New Age certainty.
  • You want to explore life’s larger questions without being told what to believe.
  • You have never been Christian but identify as a seeker, skeptic, or spiritual wanderer.
  • You are learning to trust your own mind after years of relying on external authorities.
  • You would value honest conversation with people who are comfortable saying, “I don’t know.”

Come questioning, skeptical, wounded, hopeful, curious, or confused. You do not need a new label, a replacement religion, or a polished explanation of what you believe.

Uncertainty is welcome here.
