Flow is a Health and Self Defence System, based on the principles of Breathwork, Movement and Relaxation. A way of feeling Confident and Safe in any violent confrontation. Flow also helps you master yourself and get the most out of your own life.
Lessons are usually in 2 sections. The first section is Breathwork and Movement drills and the second section is Self Defence Scenarios. Unlike most martial arts, there are no patterns to learn and remember. No martial arts experience is necessary to learn this beautiful, effortless and effective Self Defence
