Welcome to Flow State Socials and Spin Jams. We are a community of prop manipulators, object balancers, and flow artists who get together to practice, trade tips, and enjoy some low-pressure time in motion. Whether you are spinning poi, hoops, contact staff, or just getting started with something new, this is a space to work on your flow in the company of others.
We keep things casual and centered on the practice itself. There is no formal instruction, but you will find plenty of people happy to share a trick or help you troubleshoot a move. We aim to create a supportive environment where you can step away from your day, find a rhythm, and connect with fellow movers. Bring your favorite gear, some water, and come ready to move at your own pace.
