Details

This is an all-levels class that welcomes you as you are, wherever you are in your practice. Flow through juicy warm ups, sun-salutations, creative sequences, and perhaps challenge yourself with a new asana or two!

An understanding of basic yoga postures is recommended for this class, though beginners are welcome to attend with the understanding that there will not be as much explanation of the poses as in a Beginner Flow Class.

Note: Please bring your own mat.
You may also like to bring a towel and some water.
