A fluid and dynamic yoga practice in our beautiful studio in the heart of Barcelona, Gotico close to Urquinaona and Plaza Catalunya. We practice Flow Yoga in a cosy bright room - english/spanish. All levels welcome. Its the door with the grafiti and the buddha on the fassade - between the bookshop and the stationary.

We will do a warm up with breathwork and yoga to achieve a mental state where we it is easy to focus on enhancing and letting our creativity flow, with a guided improvisation at the end.For all levels, English/Spanish.
