Embark on a journey into the enchanting realm of floristry with our "Create a Blooming Career" ACE program. This 6 week evening course is tailored to cultivate your knowledge and skills in floral design, guiding you through the artistry of working with flowers. Under the expert guidance of professional florist Ruth Lemon, participants will learn to craft a range of floral pieces including:

  • A beautiful centrepiece for a table setting.
  • A hand-crafted bouquet, perfect as a heartfelt gift.
  • An uplifting floral arrangement suitable for hospital visits or birthday gifts
  • An introduction to wedding floral arrangements.

This program is a highly subsidised program through the Eastwood Community Centre Adult Community Education (ACE) funding. It has certain criteria shown below.

DATES: 21st Feb– 10th Apr
(There will be a 2 week break on 5th and 12th March while our florist is on leave).
TIMES: Wednesday evening 6.00 pm - 9:00pm
WEEKS: 6
COST: $20 placeholder fee to be redeemed via voucher on 75% attendance at the completion of the program.

Enrolment requirements include completing a registration form and an Upfront Assessment of Need (UAN)
