All ages, all bodies welcome — awakening what's already within you.
This is NOT about learning dance steps or Qi Gong choreography but moving with the breath of your spirit, the childlike pleasure of moving your body to music, gently, naturally, rhythmically. Feel the tingling of aliveness, a touch of fire with a dose of freedom. This is a blend of Qi Gong with easy-flowing dance-like movements consciously using our breath to come alive.
