FLOW OF LOVE Systemic Family Constellations Workshop - with Nicola Foster

A one-day constellations workshop, held in Cambridge, facilitated by Nicola Foster of Connected Constellations. The theme of the day is the 'Flow of Love' and together we'll be exploring issues of love and loss, the places where we find connection and the struggles of disconnection.

This day is perfect for you if you are feeling stuck about an issue relating to a family member, a work colleague or romantic partner or ex.

Constellations create the possibilty of bringing new insights and perspectives on stuck issues.

What are Systemic Constellations?

Systemic or Family Constellations is a systemic therapy from the work of Bert Hellinger, a German former priest and psychotherapist. It looks at our experience of life in the context of our wider family and cultural systems. Systemic constellation work offers a powerful and profound way of finding resolutions to often deeply felt issues.

How will the constellations work?

We will work in circle, with people presenting an issue they are working with, whilst others represent family members for issues holders, in service to them, (representatives) and some may simply be observing, or a combination of roles on the day. Together we will create and hold the field and trust that in the circle space that we co-create as a group, the work that emerges is what is needed for healing and that we all play our right part on the day, whatever that is.

How is the day structured?

There will be space for constellations as a whole group and some of the time we will work in small groups, where everyone will have an opportunity to explore an issue.

We will break for refreshments mid morning, for lunch and for tea. You can either bring a packed lunch, lunch items to share at the venue or there are shops and cafes in walking distance.

What is the workshop fee?

The day is £50 Full, £40 Earlybird (book before April 30th) and includes tea/coffee/biscuits.

Travel

Cambridge is a 50 minute journey from London Kings Cross by train.

The venue is 20 min walk from the station, 5 mins by taxi.

There is also free on street parking at the venue.

I continue to immerse myself in the work attending workshops with Sneh Victoria Schnabel, Stephen Hausner, Chris Williams and Judith Hemming.

I am also a qualified coach and a therapist-in-training and I have been working with people and their growth, purpose, relationships and essence since 2008.

If you need to cancel up to two weeks before the event, e-mail nicola.foster@gmail.com and we will refund 50% of the ticket. After that time, you can send someone in your place but it won't be possible to refund the ticket.
