A one-day constellations workshop, held in Cambridge, facilitated by Nicola Foster of Connected Constellations.
Constellations are a great way to look afresh at issues where life isn't flowing, such as:
- Relationships with family members
- Lack of clarity on your life purpose
- Opening to new love relationships and healing past relationship endings
- Unexplained health symptoms
A constellation can bring new insight and perspective to issues that feel stuck.
What are Systemic Constellations?
Systemic or Family Constellations is a systemic therapy from the work of Bert Hellinger, a German former priest and psychotherapist. It looks at our experience of life in the context of our wider family and cultural systems. Systemic constellation work offers a powerful and profound way of finding resolutions to often deeply felt issues.
How will the constellations work?
The day will include meditations, small group exercises and some full group constellations. We will work in circle, with people presenting an issue they are working with, whilst others represent family members for issues holders, in service to them, (representatives) and some simply observing, or a combination of roles.
Not everyone will have a full group constellation and tickets aren't booked for issue holders or representatives. Together we will create and hold the field and trust that in the circle space that we co-create what is needed for healing. Often representing for another provides new clarity for your own journey.
How is the day structured?
The days opens with tea and coffee at 9.30am and the workshop starts at 10.00am. We will break for refreshments mid morning, for lunch and for tea. You can either bring a packed lunch, lunch items to share at the venue or there are shops and cafes in walking distance.
What is the workshop fee?
The day is £60 Full, £50 Earlybird (book before Oct 18th) and includes tea/coffee/biscuits.
Venue
Friends Meeting House, 91-93 Hartington Grove, Cambridge CB1 7UB
PLEASE NOTE: Cambridge has two Friends Meeting Houses. This one is out of town near Hills Road.
Travel
Cambridge is a 50 minute journey from London Kings Cross by train.
The venue is 20 min walk from the station, 5 mins by taxi.
There is also bike parking and free car parking at the venue.

I continue to immerse myself in the work attending workshops with Sneh Victoria Schnabel, Stephen Hausner, Chris Williams and Judith Hemming.
I am also a qualified coach and a therapist-in-training and I have been working with people and their growth, purpose, relationships and essence since 2008.
