What we’re about

Come join us once a month for a fun and energizing yoga fitness class! If it rains, make up dates will be scheduled for the following/next Tuesday. We’ll focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and feeling our best. Our group goal is simple: move with purpose, support each other, and grow stronger both physically and mentally.

We’re looking for yoga lovers who want to mix traditional yoga with light exercise. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, this class is for everyone.

Each session will blend flowing yoga sequences with light resistance exercises using small weights. You’ll work on mindful breathing, balance, and strength-building poses, leaving you feeling empowered, refreshed, and recharged. It’s the perfect mix of peace and power in a friendly, welcoming space!
