Welcome to the Flushing Running Group! We are a dynamic community of runners who are passionate about training, improving our speed and distance, and connecting with fellow athletes. Join us for weekly group runs, interval training, and other running events to help you reach your fitness goals and make new friends along the way. We will be running about 8-10 miles every Thursday mornings. About 8 min mile pace. Lace up your sneakers, hit the pavement, and let's log some miles together!
