My grandma was one of the best cooks I ever knew. Whenever she made stews we mostly found homemade dumplings in them. We never ate things from packages and you sure could taste what food was! That's the way I continue to make dumplings today.

What Are Dumplings?
A dumpling is a small mass of dough that can be boiled, fried, baked, or steamed. There are a ton of dumpling varieties out there, from chicken, beef, pork or vegetable/ mushroom-filled Chinese dumplings to cheesy Polish dumplings.

Master the basics of dumpling wrapping in this fun and hands-on class! The instructor will demonstrate how to make dumpling dough from scratch. Guests will then form and make their own dough, which they will roll out, fill, and fold into various dumpling shapes during the class. Practice your knife skills and learn how to make your own fillings, Finish cooking your dumplings through experimenting with the most popular and healthiest steaming methods.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.

We learn to make dumplings from scratch and everyone just pay only $40in the end, we will taste all the dumplings we make.
