In this talk, created in partnership with the Flutter team, we'll dive deep into the major new features introduced in Dart 3. The talk is aimed at those who want to start using the new Dart 3 features in their code and are interested in exploring practical use cases. It's suitable for all Flutter expertise levels. By the end, you'll have a comprehensive understanding of Dart 3 features, including pattern matching for JSON validation, destructuring, exhaustiveness checking, and records. You'll walk away equipped to write cleaner, safer, and more beautiful Dart code.

Drawing from my daily experience with both, I’ll share what I like most about each, along with the key features I miss when switching between them. We'll also discuss how each framework could benefit from adopting certain features of the other, while highlighting the unique strengths that make them ideal for their respective platforms. You'll leave with a fresh perspective—and maybe even a little developer bias of your own!
