The story often starts the same way: you have a great app idea, you spend weekends and evenings building it, and at some point, the main feature works.

But then comes the hard part: turning it into a product people can actually find, understand, use, pay for, and give feedback on.

In this talk, we will look at what comes after the core Flutter functionality: onboarding, paywalls, App Store screenshots, user feedback, rating prompts, analytics, support flows, app updates, and other practical details that make an app ready to ship.

We will discuss how to approach these parts without getting overwhelmed, what tools and libraries can help, and what is worth thinking about before launch versus after real users arrive.

By the end of this talk, you will leave with plenty of inspiration, but more importantly, with a practical plan for turning that motivation into action.

Let’s build some cool apps… and actually ship them!
