We can do things like:

Discuss methods of native plant gardening.
Take field trips to preserved areas and learn native plants.
Go to different plant nurseries together.
Meet and talk about how to attract birds & butterflies to your garden.
Explore turning our yards into an urban wildlife habitat.
Tour each other's gardens, maybe have a picnic on site.
Exchange cuttings and seeds.
Share advice, books and resources.
Take field trips to do some birdwatching.
