This is not just a trip — it’s a full-bodied wine-country escape curated for women who love luxury, culture, sisterhood, and unforgettable experiences.

Join us in Napa Valley during one of the hottest weeks of the year — The Black Wine Experience — when the energy is high, the wine is flowing, and the vibes are unapologetically FLY. Whether you want to relax, be cute, turn up, or enjoy it all, this weekend is designed to give you options without pressure.

From the moment you land, we’ve got you covered. Enjoy private group transportation to and from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) — a scenic ride that can be up to two hours each way — allowing you to sit back, unwind, and ease into wine-country mode. Throughout the weekend, private transportation will take us to our featured activities, creating a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.

We’ll be staying at Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley, Curio Collection by Hilton, a newly remodeled, centrally located resort that places us close to Napa’s most popular wineries, dining, and nightlife. With its elevated design and prime location, it’s the perfect home base for relaxing, connecting, and enjoying all that wine country has to offer.

Our featured experiences are nothing short of iconic:
🍷 Enjoy a luxurious Napa Valley Wine Train experience, complete with breathtaking vineyard views and a gourmet ride through wine country.
🏰 Explore Castello di Amorosa, Napa’s famous medieval-style castle — straight out of a fairytale.
🌄 Take in panoramic vineyard views at Sterling Vineyards, including their iconic gondola ride.
🍇 Experience the elegance and soul of Brown Estate Winery, one of Napa’s most celebrated Black-owned wine estates.

One evening, we’ll dine at the world-famous RH Yountville, one of Napa Valley’s most exclusive and Instagram-worthy dining destinations. Dinner is pay-your-own, giving you the freedom to order exactly what you desire while enjoying an unforgettable ambiance.

Because we’ll be in Napa during The Black Wine Experience, there will be no shortage of excitement throughout the weekend. All Black Wine Experience events are optional and must be purchased separately, as they are not affiliated with this trip. There will be plenty happening — you can relax, be cute, join the fun, or enjoy it all. The choice is yours.

This is an intimate, limited-space getaway. We’ve only secured a small number of rooms, so availability is extremely limited and expected to sell out quickly.

• Round-trip airfare to and from San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
• Black Wine Experience (BWE) event tickets (must be purchased separately and are not affiliated with this trip)
• Meals, wine tastings, beverages, or experiences not explicitly listed in the itinerary
• Individual purchases, shopping, spa services, or personal expenses
• Transportation to any events, venues, or activities not specifically included in the itinerary
• Airport transportation for flights booked outside of the recommended arrival and departure window
• Gratuity for our personal driver (kindly requested throughout the weekend)

## Payment Plan Option

We’re excited to offer a flexible payment plan to make this experience easy and accessible.

Cost: $2,600.00 Excluding Taxes and Applicable Fees
Payment Schedule:

• $100.00 deposit due December 2025 (secures your spot)
• $500.00 monthly payments due: (billed via invoice)

All payments must be completed by May 2026.

Please note:

• Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Missed or late payments may result in forfeiture of your spot and payments made.

## Refund & Vendor Policy

Because vendor payments are made in advance to secure accommodations, transportation, and curated experiences, all payments are non-refundable after February 18, 2026.

• Payments made before February 18, 2026 may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a non-refundable deposit required to hold your spot.
• After February 18, 2026, no payments will be refunded as vendor commitments and reservations are finalized.

We encourage guests to plan accordingly and consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

### Airport Arrival & Transportation Note

To ensure everyone can fully enjoy our private group transportation to and from SFO, a recommended arrival and departure window will be provided prior to booking flights. Guests who book flights within the recommended time frame will be included in the scheduled airport transfers.

Flights purchased outside of the recommended times will not include airport transportation, and guests will be responsible for arranging their own transfers.

This weekend is about Luxury and Sisterhood — thoughtfully curated so all you have to do is show up and enjoy.

However, FLY Bellas Travel Group is not responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, or disruptions caused by vendors, airlines, weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Airline delays or flight changes
• Transportation delays
• Venue or vendor schedule adjustments
