FLY Girls Take Flight: The Glow Edition

Summer is in a few months. and we’re getting our bodies ALL the way together — the FLY way.

Join FLY Girls' Meets at Sky Barre Lounge for an unforgettable Sky Kandy Glow Class experience designed to make you feel strong, confident, and absolutely FLY. As the warmer season approaches, many of us are focused on tightening up, toning up, and turning our confidence all the way up — and what better way than doing it together in sisterhood?

Under the blacklights, you’ll:

• Wrap yourself up in the aerial sling
• Hang upside down
• Swing, spin, and move like a true FLY Girl
• Glow while dancing to our special FLY Girl playlist created just for our group

This is not just a workout — it’s a whole vibe.

✨ Dress Code/ Theme: All white, comfy, FLY cute wear fit for aerial class (think stylish but flexible). Your white can be accompanied by Neon Hot Pink and/ or Neon Teal (like the flyer). These neon accents will glow beautifully under the lights.

✨ And of course, each guest will receive a special “FLY Glow Girl Gift Bag” to complete the experience.

After class, we’ll walk over to Salata, totally optional, for a healthy treat to refuel and keep the summer-body energy flowing.
