If you’re a woman navigating a life transition, reinventing yourself, craving deeper connection, or simply realizing that it’s finally time to choose YOU, you’ve found your tribe.
Founded by Coach Lora Lucinda in 2016, F.L.Y.™ is a global women’s empowerment movement supporting women through the seasons of life that change us — divorce, breakup, empty nest, menopause and midlife, grief, burnout, career changes, relationship changes, and those moments when you find yourself asking, “Who am I now, and what do I want next?”
But F.L.Y.™ isn’t just about getting through difficult transitions. It’s about consciously creating what comes next.
As an Energy Leadership Coach, Lora brings together mindset, energy, emotional healing, intuition, spirituality, manifestation and personal development to support women in changing the patterns that keep them stuck, reconnecting with themselves, and intentionally creating lives that feel aligned with who they are becoming.
F.L.Y.™ is also about connection and community. It’s a place for women who want to grow personally, spiritually and professionally while building meaningful friendships, sharing experiences, learning, laughing, gathering, traveling and having some FUN along the way.
