Since the last Indian Cuisine Potluck we had was met with such success and deliciousness, we are doing it again!

One of my favorite foods on the planet, Gobi Manchurian! Mmmm...

Because sometimes it's good to have homemade food instead of paying someone to make it for you, let's get together to make and eat some fine vegan Indian food of your choice and region! My personal favorites are patra and gobi Manchurian, samosa, as well as tikka masala, biriyani, and anything with eggplant. What are your favorites? How about Indian desserts?

Look up a good vegan recipe you love, make it, and bring it on over!

We usually start off with a little introduction of each of the dishes so that everyone will know what they contain, so those with food allergies can choose accordingly. If you have limited cooking facilities, (e.g., college students) or limited cooking ability, consider bringing fresh fruit, nuts, salad, soy-nog, etc. And if you just don't have time to bring something, come and eat, and help clean up at the end.

We'll use St. Stephen's kitchen, tableware, and flatware, so we'll need some volunteers to clean up and wash dishes at the end. St. Stephen's asked that the kids have adult supervision if they're not in the hall. We hope you can attend!
