Event #2: FnFit: Hill Workout and Stretch

Hey everyone!

Let’s meet at Little River Corridor Hill (gazebo) at 11:00 AM for our second FnFit session!

What to expect:

  • Hill runs (walk, jog, or sprint, your choice!)
  • Bodyweight exercises (planks, push-ups, burpees, and more)
  • A fun, challenging, and supportive group workout
  • An optional stretch session after

After the workout (~12:00 PM):
You’re welcome to stay for a guided stretch session under the gazebo. It will be casual, yoga-style, and beginner-friendly.

No experience needed. All fitness levels welcome.

Bring:

  • Water bottle
  • Running shoes
  • Yoga mat (optional for stretching)

Bring your friends too… even the ones who might secretly hate you halfway through 😄
