Beginners Meditation Class
Details
In the midst of a fast-paced and demanding life, we rarely pause to reconnect with ourselves. You are welcome to join the meditation session, to discover a sanctuary of calm through guided meditation, relax and settle the body and mind, return to your peaceful inner self.
In this course, you will:
* Learn a simple yet powerful posture to release physical tension
* Cultivate awareness through the breath and calm the mind
* Create moments of stillness within your everyday life
Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this experience offers a grounded and accessible way to reconnect with calm, focus, and inner balance.
This class will be held in English.
Dates: This meditation class consists of four sessions held every Saturday from 5/2 - 5/30.
