Paved Ride through Island Lake/Kensington

We will meet in the JC Penney parking lot at take the trail into Island Lake Park. We will ride the road through Island Lake and onto the trail in Kensington. The ride is approximately 22 miles, with an optional trail up to Milford that can add up to 10 miles.

Be advised that US23 is under construction so please check traffic conditions.

A tail light and some sort of rear view mirror is always a good idea. Helmets are mandatory. Please be sure your bike is in good working order and bring supplies to fix a flat or do small repairs on the road if necessary.

Approximate pace is 11-14 mph, but slower or faster riders are welcome and we will regroup at various points.

Please RSVP if you are coming. Text 248-804-9775 if you will be late or need to cancel last minute so we don't leave anyone behind! We will meet at 5:45 and roll out at 6 pm sharp!

This is a ride geared toward women, but men are welcome to attend.

Non AABTS members are always welcome but will be asked to sign a waiver.
