What we’re about
This group is for anyone affected by a narcissist in their life. Whether you are a narcissistic abuse survivor or are currently dealing with someone in your life who is a narcissist, this discussion group serves as a welcome respite to share experiences and suggestions on how to begin healing from these devastatingly toxic relationships. Narcissism is a personality disorder that affects many people in our world today. The disorder wreaks havoc on those closest to them. If you have identified someone in your life as a narcissist or if, for the first time, you are becoming aware of the possibility that you are involved in some way with such an individual (spouse, partner, family member, employer, friend), this group is a safe place to receive the validation needed to begin or continue on the road to recovery.
**** Forming relationships, of any kind, with members outside of our group meetings is discouraged as people with NPD or other personality disorders may find their way into our group. NASAG is NOT a dating site. Members who choose to communicate outside of group meetings are asked to respect each other's boundaries as well as behave in a manner that is respectful. Members participating in inappropriate behavior, as well as members who are using this forum for dating purposes, will be asked to leave. Thank you.
