7:00pm Workshop: Join LORE for Liquid Ghosts: The Occult History & Lore of Alcohol Spirits, an evening exploration of the strange and spirited crossroads where alcohol, ritual, language, alchemy, secret societies, religion, folklore, medicine, and psychology all meet in the same haunted glass.

Since we’ll be gathering at Dirty Dave’s, part pizza parlor and part barroom temple of earthly delights, attendees are welcome to evoke the spirits themselves, simply listen, enjoy the food, or do some combination of the three. As always with LORE, this will be a curious, skeptical, myth-friendly dive into the old stories, symbolic weather, and occult associations surrounding everyday things. Come thirsty for history, folklore, and maybe a little mystery in the glass.

Note: LORE meets at 630pm on the first Monday of the month at Dirty Daves Pizza's event room. Dirty Daves also closes now at 9pm.
