πŸ—“ Sunday, June 28
πŸ•— 8:00 PM (anywhere from 60-90 minutes depending on how social people are feeling)
πŸ“ Near Dufferin & College, Toronto
πŸ’° Pay what you can ($10–30 suggested)

Description:
Hug Lab is a safe space to explore nonsexual physical connection, self-advocacy, and boundaries in a supportive environment. Together, we’ll practice clear communication and mutual care while allowing the body to naturally release feel-good neurochemicals like oxytocin, serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins β€” contributing to relaxation, happiness, and well-being.

What we’ll practice:
βœ… Sharing preferences and boundaries
βœ… Self-advocacy β€” speaking up clearly if something feels uncomfortable
βœ… Considering others’ comfort and accommodating them without compromising our own
βœ… Pooling our collective knowledge and experiences
βœ… Dosing feel-good hormones through safe, consensual touch

This is for you if you’re curious about:
How nonsexual touch can support mental and physical well-being
Practicing boundaries and communication in a supportive group
Building comfort with platonic, consensual intimacy with a variety of people without discrimination

Please Note (important):
🚫 No synthetic scents β€” I’m highly allergic
🚫 No air conditioning (fans only)
🚫 No sexual engagement β€” arousal may happen but it is not to be imposed on others
🚫 No substance use β€” we practice sober, clear consent

Bring:
Yourself, with clean clothes and good hygiene
A willingness to engage with clear communication and respect for boundaries

Please stay home if unwell. Masks are welcome. Industrial air filter on site.
