If you care about the challenges hundreds of homeless students endure while trying to attend school, and have a heart to help by doing something about it, please join this Meetup group. Project 680 is the item/cash donation gathering and community outreach arm of Folsom Cordova USD's Homeless Liaison department, and is led by, but separate from, the Soroptimist Int'l of Rancho Cordova/Gold River club. So far, the school district's homeless liaison has enrolled almost 700 homeless students into its program, which is appalling!
