Join us for a 90-minute prenatal workshop designed to help you understand, support, and connect with your pelvic floor during pregnancy. Through a blend of education, breathwork, yoga, and Pilates, you’ll learn how to build core awareness, relieve tension, and prepare your body for birth with confidence and intention.
This experience is for all stages of pregnancy and all levels of experience. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, this workshop offers tools to support your changing body with strength, compassion, and clarity.

Led by Sheree Corbett, certified prenatal yoga teacher, and Lauren Byram, certified prenatal Pilates instructor, this workshop brings together two powerful modalities to offer a full-body and full-heart approach to prenatal wellness. Together, we’ve supported dozens of pregnant people in moving through this sacred time with awareness, strength, and grace - not to mention during our own combined four pregnancies!
