Physical fitness is important for everyone regardless of your age. As you age,
your health and fitness becomes even more important, and you must be more
careful than ever when planning your workouts. You probably have past injuries or health conditions to be accounted for. I got you! I specialize in Functional Adult Training. These workouts will challenge you without breaking you! It takes way to long to heal from past injuries!
This group is perfect for anyone over the age of 50 regardless of fitness level. I will tailor the workout to your specific needs--even if you've never worked out before or if you were a past world class power lifter--I got you!
We will strengthen your core, work on your balance, mobility and build essential muscle.
