Join us for a Total Body Approach where we work on all major muscle groups, and use a mix of disciplines like like — strength training, toning, stretching, balance, and mobility.

We meet on Thursday mornings at 9:00 am, at Orangevale Community Park, near the horse Arena parking lot, off of Filbert Avenue.

After a 30-45 minute class, there will be a self-led 1 1/2- 3 mile group walk along the pave path throughout the park.

Make sure to bring your mat, and sometimes you will need a resistant band…and always remember to bring your water!
