Saturday Morning Run

Join the Folsom Ranch Men's Running group as we run a 3 mile route through Folsom Ranch.

Start time: 7:00AM

Meeting point: South entrance of Prospector Park.

Pace: We'll run somewhere between a 9:30 and 10:00 minute pace.

We'll meet weekly here to run various routes of similar distance. Feb 8 is our first run!

We run the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month.
