Our Personal Renewal Workshop kicks off Jan 26th
Theme: Who Are You? Reconnecting with Your Authentic Self
We will circle up and do Reflective excercises, guided meditation, guided Journaling, some gentle Yin yoga to integrate somatically, followed by some group sharing. Each session we will have a short break for networking and walk away with a homework excercise to deepen you exploration. These workshops will evolve as we go, meeting one Sunday a month.
