Christmas Party

This is a Christmas and end of 2024 celebration for all who wish to be merry 😊 People of all ages and backgrounds are welcome.

NOTE: Due to the outdoor nature of the event, a decision regarding whether to proceed due to inclement weather will be made the night before.

From 12pm: Check your name off the RSVP list with Amelia at the picnic location in Hyde Park (North side) approx https://maps.app.goo.gl/wdj3LvkRwdDtYWM1A

A selection of gluten free light nibbles, plates, serviettes, aeroguard, sunscreen and my huge picnic mat will be available. BYO non alcoholic cans or plastic bottles (Hyde Park is a no alcohol/no glass zone).

If bringing your own food, please ensure it is an unopened gluten free packet with ingredients/allergens available (no homemade food due to cross contact risk). If you do have an allergy, you must bring your own EpiPen and own food/drink.

Other optional things to bring:

• Umbrella/rain jacket
• Hat/sunglasses
• Personal picnic mat/blanket
• Hand sanitiser

🤶💃 Dress code: fun and comfortable (Christmas clothes/accessories are completely optional)

Leave when you need to (I will stay until approx. 3pm).
