Meet: On Banff Crescent. Do not park in community center lot.
3625 Banff is the Community Center address.

Plan: Car Pool to Baden Powell trail head on Seymour road.
There is a small parking lot at trail head.

Driving directions: From Hwy 1 off the second Narrows Bridge.
Not the first exit off Bridge the next one 22B. Make sure you go right quickly.
At intersection take right onto Seymour Parkway.
Follow to Seymour road a left. Past Park gate Mall.
Left at Banff.

Hike: Moderate, Easy Pace.
We will hike down the Baden Powell trail to Quarry Rock and back.

• Difficulty Level: Most of the trail is well groomed, part gravel, some rocky sections.
• Elevation Gain/Loss: 200M
• Distance: 5 km return
• Estimated completion time: 3 hours.

Afterwards: go to Beans around the world for lunch in Park Gate mall.
