Stawamus Chiefs hike 2nd Peak Squamish + after Pub food

Everyone will be waitlisted before going and you must answer the questions.
This is not a beginner's hike, you must have average and above hiking experience.
Meet time 9.15am

Level - Moderate to Hard
Elevation - 600m
Distance - 6km
Duration - 6-7 hours steady
Out & Back with loop at the top, take the Sihaney trail back on the loop
We may optionally do the third peak depending on consensus.

We will try to carpool (share gas+25% wear & tear and any parking costs) from St David's Church (share gas any parking costs).

Note you can not park in the parking lot but in nearby streets.

There are two parking lots nearby, they do fill up
It gets busy coming back on Lion's Gate bridge and to avoid the delay we'll go to the Squarerigger pub in west van where you can bring your own food from nearby places, they have a great hamburger place next to it.

The weather has been unpredictable and this hike could be cancelled with 48 hours notice It could also be cancelled if the group size is too small, like just a few people.
You must wear appropriate attire, boots, rain gear (i.e. waterproof clothing) should we encounter rain. All other hiking essentials are recommended, including water, lunch snacks etc.
Poles recommended. microspikes not required.
