Share ideas about food that can help to heal the body. Share stories about health struggles and find support within the group. The aim is to provide a safe space to talk about your health challenges/conditions, and hopefully find answers on what has worked for others regarding using food to heal.
The body is powerful and can heal if we allow it to do its work by eating clean and cleansing of chemicals and toxins.
