A Toast to a Newish Neighbor, Muni Wines

Hello Friends! After a year away and as suggested by dear friends of the group, we shall make a repeat visit to Ventura Avenue's winery, Municipal Winemakers. Luckily for us, they are open in Ventura for us to toast the 1st weekend of May on a sweet note!

Whether you're a wine connoisseur or a passing wine fan like myself, there's something for everyone to enjoy! There are reds, whites, blues ( I wish there were blue wines 😂), rosés, and some non-alcoholic options to choose from. Wine tastings are $20, single pours are $15 and they have bottles to go to purchase as well.

In terms of food and snacks, Muni does have local food vendors visit most days. When it gets closer to our visit date, I will update who the food vendor will be. Since there is no on-site kitchen at Muni, you all are welcome to bring some food for yourself or to share with the table!

Granted, we will be fairly close to downtown Ventura as well as a great hole in the wall Indian spot called Indian Rasoi. I'm more than open to going somewhere afterwards to eat and relax at 🙂
