Join Ana and Katie for Live Reflections , a 60-minute online event blending self-awareness prompts with real conversation. It’s a calm, supportive space to think out loud, listen deeply and connect with others — skipping the small talk.
This special edition is also a taster of Katie’s Duo Sessions, where authentic connection is the focus, so you don’t get lost in or overwhelmed by a larger group. Through guided reflection, paired conversations, and gentle facilitation, you’ll experience how personal growth strengthens when it becomes lived and voiced — not just written or imagined.
