This group will be a continuation of the Building Body Trust series, last session's topic was on 'Body Awareness'. There will be review in the first 15m for those who are new to the series. All are welcome to enter at any point during these continuations. We will begin the hour with an education around the basic tenets of self-compassion, how self-compassion is critical to developing body-trust, and we will close with a guided meditation. Non-members are also welcome so tell your friends!
