This group will be a continuation of the Building Body Trust series, last session's topic was on 'Self-Compassion'. All are welcome to enter at any point during these continuations. Telling and honoring your body story is pivotal to the process of re-integrating with the body and building a relationship of trust/understanding. We will start the practice with a meditation to tune into the body and follow with prompts to start you in telling your unique body story. Non-members are also welcome so tell your friends!
