My approach:
I believe real change comes from small, doable habits. We’ll focus on healthy food and simple movement that fits real life, not perfection.
This is a supportive space where we encourage each other, share honestly, and keep going together.
We’ll meet regularly online or offline.

Just to be clear: I’m not a specialist. This is a peer-support community where we help each other stay consistent.
