One of my coworkers -- who happens to be Indian -- is a big fan of local restaurants. Every once in a while she throws out a suggestion, and I almost always follow through and give the place a try. A few weeks back, she came out with one of her strongest restaurant suggestions yet: Mintt.
Her claim: the food at Mintt is a consistently good representation of the depth of flavor and lack of grease that distinguishes well-made Indian food from everything else. Other local Indian restaurants succeed some of the time, but Mintt has been spot on every time she goes. With a suggestion like that, a more than successful visit on my part, and a little bit of a push from Twitter, I'm decided to take the meetup out to check the place out.

As far as food goes, Mintt's menu is all over the Asian map: they claim coverage of South Indian, North Indian, and India Chinese. The menu is broken down in sections along those borders, so you can aim for a particular region or just order what looks best. Whatever you order, I have a feeling you'll be impressed.
Mintt is a BYOB establishment, so bring along your favorite beer or wine to enjoy and share. I'll bring a few bottles and maybe a growler for the cause, and I encourage everyone else to do the same.
Hope to see many of you there!
