If you want the BEST Pho in San Diego, this place is it.
**The restaurant ONLY SERVE Pho**

The restaurant is somewhat "hole in the wall", but of all the pho I tasted, I liked this place the best.
The restaurant is near the University/ City Heights area..
For some foodies, might be driving little further, but it's worth it.
There is no reservation, but many tables
Since eating pho is quick, if there is a waiting list, will try to accommodate
Limit 8+ppl (may have to sit at different tables if 8+)
