What we’re about

I don’t know about you, but living in LA, I’ve been craving good food—not just for new or bold flavors, but for the experience of enjoying it with free thinkers. No ideological and political bias, no LA echo-chamber vibes, no cookie-cutter conversations, and definitely no uninspiring people at the table. Hard to come by in this town.

I’m a professional food creative working in food and beverage marketing and advertising. I happen to love serving up a great meal just as much as I love thought-provoking conversations and life and business challenges. But my work doesn’t offer many opportunities to thrive in that regard.

🍷 Why I’m Starting Food Polka Supper Club

I recently realized I am not alone. That’s why I am starting Food Polka Supper Club—for those who crave the same things I do. For those who enjoy open discussions and bold ideas just as much as bold flavors.
Honestly, I’m tired of eating with people who don’t stimulate me—or worse, don’t allow me to speak my mind and try to shut me down. Good food deserves good company. I crave interesting flavors and even more interesting people at my dining table.

If that sounds like you, let’s get together for a meal—one that I’ll cook myself.

💬 Who’s It For?

• Foodies who think for themselves and aren’t afraid of real debates—whether it’s about politics, culture, business, or new foods.
• Creatives, entrepreneurs, and doers—people who make things happen (not just talk and read books). If you’re in the startup or tech scene, or food and beverage, even better!
• The curious, the open-minded, and those who bring real substance and soul to the table.

Details TBD based on interest. Seats will be limited—because good conversations aren’t meant for crowds.

I will be sending the screening questionnaire to everyone who joined the group to see if they are a good fit. DM me if you have any questions.
