About Chef Owner Dario D'Agostino
Dario is the proud owner of Mamma's Boy Trattoria, a traditional Italian restaurant famous for its homemade gnocchi in Melbourne. He was trained in Italy and worked extensively throughout Europe in various Michelin star restaurants. His passion and commitment to continuously promote and represent Italian Cuisine and implement the standard of hospitality industry in Australia has brought him to take on the position as Executive Chef for Australian owned magazine Italianicious. He had also establish two new operations, Italian Table, a boutique cooking school for food lovers with access to the most rare and unique ingredients available on the market and DAMA Partners Consulting, a consulting division providing broad range of hospitality services to the industry.
