• 🕖 Please arrive 10 minutes before the game to allow a smooth check-in process.
• 🌧️ The court has a roof. We will also play when it rains.
• 📝 If the event is full, put yourself on the waiting list. Some spots usually free up.

• ❌ Cancellation policy: 12 hours before the match. If you don't show up or cancel with less time in advance you get a strike. After 2 strikes you are excluded from the group. That way we ensure the games are always full.
• Newcomers who do not show up without notice will be automatically excluded from the group.
• Only people from the list will be considered for the game, so if you are not on the list or the waitlist please do not show up.
• If you cannot make it to the game and you need to cancel with short notice (Less than 10 hours before the game), please post into the whatsapp group of the person who took your spot.

• ❌ Política de cancelación: 12 horas antes del partido. Si no te presentas o cancelas con menos tiempo de antelación recibes un aviso. Después de 2 advertencias eres excluido del grupo. De esa manera nos aseguramos de que los juegos estén siempre llenos.
• Los recién llegados que no se presenten sin previo aviso serán automáticamente excluidos del grupo.
• Solo las personas de la lista serán consideradas para el juego, por lo que si no estás en la lista o en la lista de espera, no te presentes.
• Si te das cuenta menos de 10 horas antes del partido de que no podrás venir, por favor escribe el nombre del jugador que ocupó tu lugar en nuestro grupo de Whatsapp.

• ❌ Stornierungsregeln: Wenn du nicht kommen kannst, musst du 12 Stunden vorher absagen. Sagst du nicht rechtzeitig ab oder kommst gar nicht kriegst du einen Strike. Nach 2 Strikes kannst du an keinen Spielen mehr teilnehmen. So garantieren wir, dass unsere Spiele immer voll sind.
