Event theme:
· The online speed dating event is aimed at guys and girls who love football. However, in practice this event is open to everyone despite the themed event.
· This event is aimed at people living in London & Home Counties, although anyone living in the UK is welcome!
· This event is aimed at people who are 25 - 45 years of age.

Event structure:
· Each online date lasts 4 minutes, and there is an automatic rotation that occurs during the event, so you get to meet everyone.

What you’ll need:
You’ll need a device (Laptop, Smartphone, Tablet) with a camera and a stable internet connection to meet and speak to new and exciting people! Maybe pour yourself a drink and eat some sneaky snacks when people aren’t watching as well if you want!

One other very important thing…Please turn up on time as it cannot be guaranteed that you will not be able to take part!

Event process:
· You purchase a ticket online.
· After you purchase your ticket, you will be sent a link via email to age verify yourself to ensure you are over 18 years of age in order to comply with the UK Online Safety Act 2023.
· Once the age verification process is completed, a link will be sent to your email address prior to the event (e.g. 1 – 2 days prior to the event).
· You log into the online speed dating platform on the date of the event using the provided link that has been emailed to you.
· You have multiple video dates during the event, and you have 4 minutes to talk to each person.
· There are online tools to indicate if you like someone and want to contact them after the event via an email address if there is a “snap” (mutual like).
· You have until 12pm the following day to make your selections on the platform for the people that you have met.
· You will be notified by email for any people you have been “snapped” with (mutual likes).

Sharing your email address:
You agree to share your email address for the purposes of the online speed dating event. Your email address will be shared on the online speed dating platform with other event attendees where there is a “snap” (mutual like).

By purchasing a ticket from AB Dating Services Limited trading as “A-ledD” (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ticket Sales are Generally Final: Unless otherwise stated in these terms, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, are unable to attend for personal reasons, or if the event proceeds as advertised and you simply choose not to attend. Tickets for specific dates or periods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer regulations.

2. Refunds for Event Changes or Cancellations: You will be entitled to a refund of the ticket's face value under the following circumstances:

• Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled entirely.
• Event Reschedule: If the event is rescheduled to a new date or time and you are unable to attend the rescheduled event.

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and provide instructions on how to obtain your refund. Refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method.

3. Admission and Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse admission to, or eject from the online event, any person who is, in our reasonable opinion, intoxicated, unruly, abusive, or who poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others. No refunds will be given in such circumstances.

4. Statutory Rights: These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
