Wild food and medicine hike in the historic Modjeska Canyon of the Cleveland National Forest.

In this monthly outting we will be exploring the abundance and diversity of wild food and medicine in the Santa Ana mountains. We'll be discussing identification, proper preparations, medicinal uses for the plants we come across and why it is important to get to know our local flora.
